Always be Specific in Resume

Resume is supposed to be the mirror image of your professional outlook. It has to be very specific and inform the interviewer about you on professional front.

Many of us provide detailed information about our last job, current job and so on. But this is hardly necessary. You should always give a brief description about your job-profile and let the other person judge from it.

A detailed resume is never read by the interviewer. Resume always go to HR-Dep’t, who do not have detailed knowledge about each and every aspect of the job. Therefore, just be short and crisp and refer each and everything in points.

If you have changed a few jobs, then mention the time-period for each and every job along with brief description of responsibilities. Management does not want to know much about your past. They are more concerned about your current profile and job-responsibilities.

It is better to avoid wasting management’s time and your reputation. Simple, specific, point-wise resume is not only attractive but also more informative. It is the mirror-image of your professional profile. Save it in this form to get desired results.
